Mud that gets in with the water in a leaky basement may be due to another potentially serious problem, a settling footing.  Interior drywall cracks or doors and windows not properly working may not have occured yet but will unless the root problem is addressed.  Our Foundation SupportWorks® push piers can get to the root of the problem.  On the interior of the basement we jackhammer through the floor and place the pier brackets beneath the foundation wall footing lifting it back into place. 

This homeowner's basement window was constantly filling with mud and rain water, this allowed water to leak into the basement. We resolved the issue by digging out the existing window well and replacing it with the SunHouse basement window enclosure. This after photo is showing the new window enclosure before we filled in the landscaping and capped the well with a clear cover. The SunHouse enclosure that will keep the well from ever filling with water and mud again. 

The SunHouse window well has beautified the Fenton, Missouri home of Rick F. After waterproofing his basement, foreman Michael P. installed the Sunhouse window well to beautify Rick's home and direct sunlight to through the basement window.

Through the use of the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors installed on the walls, we are able to straighten any bowed wall. Sharon F of Fenton, MO became worried that the cracks on her basement wall may be a sign of a foundation issue with her house. Woods Basement Systems' crew was able to determine that he wall were bowing inwards. By attaching those Geo-Lock Wall Anchors from the wall to untouched soil of the earth, the walls eventually straighten themselves out and prevent any further bowing or cracking to occur

System design specialist Adam R. designed a solution to ease MaryJane's concerns about her foundation. Geo-Lock Wall Anchors were installed by foreman Todd W. Geo-Lock is a permanent solution to stabilize the walls and support the foundation.
