Water was leaking down a basement wall in Carrollton, IL, causing damage. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
Steve W., Winchester, Illinois resident, was concerned when he discovered water leaking into his basement where the floor meets the wall. System Design Specialist Chris T. inspected the basement and designed a waterproofing solution.
As part of the solution, Foreman Greg H. and his crew installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that collects and guides water away from the home. With this system, Steve's basement will stay dry.
Moisture was seeping into a crawlspace in Manchester, IL, so the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth, dramatically reducing the humidity level. This will also eliminate mold growth and make the whole house healthier. The white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and will allow one to easily see inside. This crawlspace will remain dry and clean for years to come!

Mildred H.'s Wappapello, Missouri driveway was settlilng unevenly and had cracks. She contacted Woods Basement Systems to determine the issue and a proper solution.
Our design specialist determined that the PolyLevel concrete leveling system as well as a downspout extension would solve the soil-washout issue.
The picture of the driveway before we completed the installation shows the cracks and uneven concrete. The after picture shows the driveway concrete even as well as the cracks filled and sealed.
