On this job, our team installed a TwinPak™ pump system in the basement and installed IceGuards™ to prevent the floods from clogging or freezing. The TwinPack™ is designed to use two pumps to drain the water out of the basement. This ensures that our customers' basements are free from further water damage, like mold.  

A homeowner in Ballwin, MO had a sidewalk that needed sealant. Before, the cracks were open and prone to water getting in and causing uneven slabs. They reached out to Woods and the team decided to use NexusPro™ to seal the cracks. NexusPro™ prevents water from getting into the cracks and causing soil erosion. Even in extreme weather conditions, this sealant is formulated to withstand. It's rated to last more than 25 years, leaving you worry-free! 

A homeowner in Saint Charles, MO wanted their basement waterproofed to prevent any water seepage and potential mold buildup they gave Woods Basement Systems a call to help with our expertise. Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard™ and a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump in the basement of the house to collect and remove any potential water. Then drain lines with IceGuard™ Systems were installed to remove the water from the basement. IceGuard™ Systems ensure that your drain lines and TripleSafe™ Sump Pump don't get clogged, even when the drain line is frozen.

On this job, our team installed PowerBraces™ along the walls of the basement to permanently stabilize the basement's foundational walls. Our team also installed WaterGuards™ along the footing of the walls to prevent water from seeping in; a TripleSafe™ sump pump system to pump out water from the basement to the yard; and IceGuards™ to help prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. These installations will give the customer some reassurance and peace knowing their basement walls are permanently stabilized and protected from future water leaks.  

On this job, our team worked on waterproofing the exterior of the home. So, our team installed SillPlate™ Draintile, an exterior SumpPump™ system, and a discharge Line. These installations are designed to collect and drain groundwater that may leak through the foundation of the home and into the basement. The SumpPump™ System is what will protect you from a flood that could cause property damage.
