The images in this album document before and after concrete repair on this doorstep and surrounding concrete walkway. Following a detailed evaluation by the Woods Basement Systems team, a tailored repair solution was developed for this project. Our crew used a high-density foam injection beneath the concrete slabs to raise and support areas. After the slabs were brought back to the correct level, existing cracks were carefully repaired to create an even, secure surface. To finish the job, a long-lasting joint sealant was applied, helping block moisture and safeguard the concrete against future deterioration. The after picture in this example shows the finished look paired with concrete that is back to being level and safe for the homeowner.

BEFORE: Similar to poured concrete walls, block walls like this one (in Glencoe, Missouri) sometimes leak at the joint between the footing and wall. This block wall foundations is also filled with mortar joints that weakened and leaked; the block itself had cracked and allowed water to leak through.

AFTER: This problematic foundation is now supported and dry. Woods Basement Systems design specialists determined the cause of the water leakage and provided effective solutions to stop future water leaks.

Wildwood, Missouri residents Amy and Chris G. experienced many troubles when water began leaking into their basement where the floor meets the wall.

Foreman James L. installed the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system to guide water to the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump system. This duo will keep Amy and Chris's basement dry. 

After waterproofing, the EverLast Half-Wall was installed to restore their wall ruined by water and mold. EverLast is inorganic, so it will not prevent mold growth. Amy and Chris can now enjoy their beautiful, dry basement.

A basement wall was leaking in Wildwood, MO, so the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump to be pumped out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

A foundation was bowing inward in a basement in Glencoe, Mo, causing cracks to appear. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These will permanently stabilize the wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. The cracks will also be closed so that no water can leak through.
