Brett B. of Saint Louis wanted to waterproof his basement before the upcoming storms and rainy whether. Using his basement for storage of important items and keepsakes, he did not want to be worried about them being ruined in the spring whether. Brett decided to call Woods Basement Systems to help waterproof his basement once and for all.

Our foremen Tyler Sears brought his team out to Brett's Springfield home and installed our specially designed piping system, WaterGaurd. WaterGaurd is engineered specifically to be an efficient, long-lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system. Now Brett will not have to worry about damage to special items stored in his basement.

Richard G is having some problems with the wall supports already installed in the foundation in his basement. Water is leaking by cracks in the walls that are forming by the anchors.

Paul W and his team installed the PowerBrace system to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. This will not only prevent the house from settling but stop cracks in the walls from forming.

In the Before image, cracks in the walls can be seen underneath the wall anchors. In the After photos, the PowerBrace beams are seen supporting the walls.

Paul can now rest assured that his foundation won't fail!

A homeowner wanted the crawlspace encapsulated, so a CleanSpace Liner was installed. This system completely isolates the crawlspace from the earth. This dramatically reduces the air's humidity level, eliminating mold growth and rot from the crawlspace and making the whole house healthier. The bright white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and allows one to easily see that the crawlspace is free of mold, insects, and dirt. A SmartSump was installed, as well. this sump system is designed just for crawlspace, and will effectively pump out any water that enters it. This crawlspace will remain dry and clean for years to come!

A sump pump in Saint Louis, MO was malfunctioning and was in need of replacement. So a TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from common problems that can occur with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a second pump that will help eliminate the water if the first pump can't keep up. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump.

A foundation in a Saint Louis, MO basement needed some additional support since cracks were reappearing. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. The cracks will also be closed.
