Part of the waterproofing system installed, shown in the picture, was the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe contains three pumps, including a battery back up pump, and ensures that unwanted water will continue to be pumped out of the basement, even in the even of primary pump failure or a power outage.

Most people aren't likely to go into their crawlspace and are even less likely to think about it. But crawlspaces should be considered, after all they affect the health of your home. 

This dirt crawlspace in Sappington, MO. was allowing mold and dirt to accumulate on the floor joists above. CleanSpace™ is a tear-proof liner like a pool liner. This liner, however, is specifically designed for dirt crawlspaces. The waterproof material will block out water vapor as well as any critters through the floor and can be mounted up the walls, blocking water leaks there too. It's anti-microbial surface will also repel mold, preventing new mold growth inside the incapsulated area. 

In this crawlspace, a SmartSump™ system is installed to pump out any water builiding up beneath the liner and a Sedona dehumidifier is installed to remove moisture and mold spores from the air. With CleanSpace™ working with the SmartSump™ and the Sedona, this crawlspace is protected from the damaging effects of water vapor and mold growth.

Water was getting into a basement in Saint Louis, MO, and the sump system was not pumping water out properly. To solve this issue, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from all three problems that can occur with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a second pump that will help eliminate the water if the first pump can't keep up. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump.

A foundation was cracking in Saint Louis, MO, and water was leaking out of the cracks. To solve these issues, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed.
