Design specialist Jacob K. assessed the situation and decided the best solution was to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Jose L. then headed to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After installation, the Waterguard was covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects water coming up from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

Keith M. no longer has to worry about his home's basement flooding after heavy rain showers. He now has a dry and waterproof home.

Before this unsealed crawl space wasn't able to maintain a temperature because of the fallen insulation. Team Woods resolved this issue by installing a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to maintain the temperature in the crawl space and upper levels of the home.
