Saint Louis homeowner Phyllis noticed her basement walls could use a little more support. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Jeremy developed a plan. 

Foreman Greg and his crew installed PowerBraces for her. They PowerBraces are steel I-Beams that are anchored on the joist and the floor. They will be tightened overtime to straighten the walls. 

Phyllis can now redecorate her basement and know it will be safe for decades to come. 

Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner Melissa noticed cracks and gaps in the exterior wall of her garage. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Pete developed a plan for her. 

Foreman Miguel and his crew installed the Push Pier System to fix Melissa's problems. By installing the Push Piers, which are anchored to the bottom of the foundation, we can close the gaps and cracks in the wall. It will also provide support against future settling. 

Melissa can now landscape the area and trust her garage and home are safe for decades to come. 

Jerry M. of St. Louis, Missouri had water damage due to cracks in his foundation walls, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Luke K. recommended installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. CleanSpace is attached to the walls and is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it will not support mold growth. It is used on foundation walls to to keep water vapor from coming into the basement air. Additionally, it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor and it takes the water collected by the CleanSpace and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now Jerry M. has a  dry basement. 

A homeowner from St. Louis, Missouri reached out to Woods Basement Systems after he noticed that his basement walls were in peril. After years of settlement, these walls were shifting and cracking which would only get worse with time. Foreman, Miguel O., and his crew installed a push pier system into the footing of the basement to prevent further structural damage. These push piers will lift the settled basement back to a leveled alignment. 

Deb of St. Louis, Missouri wanted to repair the water damage in her basement and prevent any further damage to her home, so she decided to give Woods Basement Systems a call. She spoke with system design specialist, Nolan M., who recommended a WaterGuard and CleanSpace system to ensure no further damage could be done to her home. 

Team Woods got straight to work installing the new waterproofing products with Melvin F. leading the group. The WaterGuard draining system will be installed around the perimeter of the room to collect all water that enters in the home and directs that water to the sump pump. Th CleanSpace system installed on the wall will seals the wall from leaking water, which prevents mold build-up.
