To solve this issue, Woods installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor System to not only hold the walls in place, but also to return them to their original position. Heavy duty anchors are placed in soil away from the foundation wall and are connected to steel wall plates with long galvanized rods. These can be tightened over time, ensuring this home will remain sturdy for years to come!

A concrete garage floor was starting to crack and become uneven due to moving soils below. To address this problem, Woods came in and installed the PolyLevel System. This system uses a high-strength polyurethane foam injected directly under the concrete to lift and restore its original shape. It is extremely durable and inorganic, making this solution one that will last for decades.

This system is designed to stabilize a home’s foundation permanently. It will support the basement walls and straighten them over time. Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes.
