A concrete porch in Catawissa, Missouri, needed some leveling work done. The concrete was becoming uneven due to moving ground soils. To address this issue, Woods installed the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As this foam cures, it lifts the concrete back up to its original position. Thanks to this install, this concrete will remain level for many years to come.

Support posts were becoming unstable in a Clayton, MO basement, causing the floor above to shift. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. These steel support systems can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists in the basement. They are unaffected by moisture, as they will not rust, weaken, or be affected by mold. These will lift the floors above back toward their original position, reduce floor “bounce” caused by excessive joist spans, and solve the problem once and for all!
