St. Louis, Missouri homeowner Larry C. was distraught by his wet basement. Water leaked in through the block foundation and where the floor meets the wall and caused mold. The mold threatened to damage Larry's valuables. System design specialist Mike T. designed a solution to keep the basement dry.

Foreman Melvin F. installed WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump, and battery-powered pump to ensure the basement stays dry all the time.

To restore the moldy walls, CleanSpace was installed. CleanSpace guides water to WaterGuard. It is an inorganic vapor barrier, so it does support mold growth.

Larry is pleased to have a dry basement that will stay dry and mold-free.

Kara G. of St. Louis, Missouri had a leak in her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Pete L. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Kevin J. installed the products. The Twin pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps for extra protection. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system, meaning it is installed around the floor of the basement and it collects water that seeps through the walls. It then takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now Kara G. has a dry basement. 

Aaron VG wants his crawlspace insulated. During the winter, the cold air in the space enters the kitchen, making it colder than the rest of the house.

Juan H and his team installed SilverGlo to insulate and encapsulate the crawlspace so that the rest of the house stays warm in the winter. A CleanSpace Liner was also installed to prevent water vapor from entering, keeping the space clean and dry. Aaron can now stay warm in his kitchen now that his crawlspace is insulated!

Water was seeping through basement walls in Saint Louis, MO, causing damage to them. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now remain dry and clean for years to come thanks to these systems!
