Rico R from St. Louis, MO was concerned about his foundation in his basement. The bricks were separating and starting to crack. Woods recommended the PowerBrace System to help permanently stabilize the foundation walls. Zinc-plated steel beams were custom fitted to the walls and tightly secured with brackets anchored to the floor and framing above. Rick can now rest easy knowing his foundation is stabilized. 

A concrete sidewalk was settling in front of a home in Saint Louis, MO, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. A crawlspace was not insulated properly in Saint Louis, MO, and moisture was entering it. To solve these issues, SilverGlo Insulation was first installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam is able to expand to lift and level the concrete slabs. PolyLevel™ also cures within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the large crack running through the porch. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable.
