A homeowner in Godfrey, IL noticed water leaking into their basement through the walls. They reached out to Woods, and we had a solution. Our WaterGuard™ System goes along the interior perimeter and collects water seepage from the walls. It then directs the water to the nearby sump pump. Unlike other waterproofing systems, the pipes are laid above the footing to prevent the soil from clogging. Next, the team installs our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump that removes the water for good. With multiple pumps, the water stands no chance. Once installed, the homeowner can expect a dry future! 

Before this crawl space had fiberglass insulation that was falling and no longer served its purpose. Team Woods solved this issue by installing spray foam to replace the fiberglass insulation. With spray foam, now this crawl space will keep temperature and serve as insulation to the rest of the house.

As part of the waterproofing system, Woods installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed on the perimeter of the basement, underneath the concrete floors of the basement which means floors can be finished over the system. It is situated on top of the footing of the basement so it's out of the way of mud that might clog it while it collects water from the foundation walls and wall joints and carries it away to the sump pump for removal.

A door to a crawlspace in Dupo, IL was failing, as it was rotting and letting outside air into the crawlspace. To solve these issues, the EverLast Crawlspace Door was installed. This will seal off outside air, so it doesn't enter the crawlspace.
