WaterGuard drains were installed in this Granite City, Illinois basement to keep pesky water leaks out. This french drainage system is installed in the footing of the basement walls to collect and direct water leaks to move them towards the sump pump. From there the sump pump will pump the water leaks back outside where they belong. This album will show the condition of the basement before and after the new French drainage system was installed.

These pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump system, which was also installed to pump the water away. These beams will permanently stabilize the foundation, straightening the walls back to their original position and keeping them there. This basement will stay dry, clean, and stable for years to come!
