WaterGuard was installed by foreman Ryan L. WaterGuard collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. With this waterproofing solution, Robert and Shirley's basement will stay dry.

Homeowners in Cottage Hills had wall failure in their basement which appeared on their walls through stair-step cracking, sagging floors, and leaning walls.  To counteract that, Woods Basement Systems installed the GeoLock System and PowerBrace System.  Geolock works to anchor the basement walls to the dirt outside of the home.  This mechanism works to stop wall failure and straighten the wall over time.  PowerBrace is I-beams that are custom fitted to the basement wall.  This joist reinforcement method evenly distributes the load and effectively straightens the wall over time.  The homeowners were excited to have a reinforced basement and peace of mind!

Before John and Carla Y. of East Alton, IL contacted Woods Basement Systems they were experiencing mold growing along their basement walls. Since mold is usually a sign of water, they decided to waterproof their basement.

Woods' team members came in and installed the WaterGuard drainage system which catches any water from leaks in the walls and guides it to our Twin Pack sump pump where it is drained. John and Carla can now rest easy knowing that their mold problem is a thing of the past.

Woods installed CleanSpace over the foundation walls. CleanSpace is a thick, durable plastic moisture barrier. It prevents water getting into the basement through the walls, instead directing it down to the perimeter drainage system. It’s mold resistant and gives the basement a much brighter and cleaner appearance.
