Foreman Vern and his crew moved her sump pit from the center of the floor to the lowest point in the corner. They then installed a new TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard. These two systems together will work to keep the basement dry through heavy rain, power outages, plumbing breaks, and more.

Foreman, Andrew T. installed the product. PolyLevel is a polyurethane formula, or foam, used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. First, small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete and the polymer is injected into the void. Lastly, the holes are covered with cement and within 15 minutes of installation, the concrete can be used again.

Now Sue and Richard H. can enjoy their newly lifted porch.
