This basement block foundation was leaking into the basement at several different points along the perimeter.  The waterguard accepts water leaking into the basement from below the basement floor, under the basement wall and footing and water draining down the block wall.  The Waterguard basement waterproofing system is a one piece pipe that directs the water flooding this basement straight to the sump pump and keeps the basement floor dry.
