Sydney O. of Edwardsville, IL had water seeping into her basement each time it rained. It was damaging her belongings and took hours to clean up so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a basement waterproofing system.

WaterGuard was installed as part of the waterproofing system. As can be seen in the picture, the WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed under the concrete floors along the perimeter of the basement. Because it sits on top of the concrete footing of the home, it will remain mud free as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and drains it away to the sump pump for removal.

Robert G. of Edwardsville, Illinois was troubled by water leaking into his basement. The water leaked in where the floor meets the wall and risked damaging his valuables. System design specialist Kim W. designed a solution to keep the basement dry.

Foreman Melvin F. installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. With WaterGuard, Robert's basement is dry and will stay dry.

Foreman Melvin F. and his team installed SaniDry as part of the waterproofing system. SaniDry is an energy efficient dehumidifier. It keeps the mold away and the basement comfortable. Robert is pleased to know his basement will stay dry and mold free.

When Kim and Rick W discovered that their basement walls were bowing they knew they needed to do something quickly. So they called Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Chris S was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jeremy R installed the GeoLock wall anchor that you see above. The anchor attaches to an area away from the house and also to the basement walls, and will pull the walls back to where they are supposed to be.

Judith Ann D was concerned about the cracking concrete in front of her home. So, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Nolan M was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman William T used PolyLevel to even out the concrete. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete and will raise the level that is sinking, and fill in the cracks. The injection leaves behind a dime sized hole that will be filled in with concrete.
