WaterGuards were used to collect the pesky water leaks that enter inside where the walls met the floor. Since water leaks inside through this area, WaterGuard drains are installed into the flooring to collect the leaks and direct them towards the sump pump to be pumped back outside.

A foundation was cracking in Glen Carbon, IL, and it was starting to leak water. To solve these issues, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will stop water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain wall leaks down to WaterGuard. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and guide it to the sump pump to be discharged from the house. Lastly, the PowerBrace System was installed. This will permanently stabilize the foundation and eliminate any further inward movement. This will also reverse the effects of wall failure, straightening the walls to their original position and closing the cracks to prevent water leakage. This Basement will remain dry and stable for years to come thanks to these systems!

A concrete driveway was settling in Glen Carbon, IL, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. NexusPro Joint Sealant was also used to seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. This will provide long-lasting flexibility and will stand up to harsh weather conditions. This driveway will remain level and restore peace of mind for years to come!
