This moldy Freeburg, Illinois basement had water seeping in and damaging existing subfloors...but not anymore. Woods Basement Systems installed a Triple Safe Sump Pump System, provided a permanent solution for the wall cracks, and laid a ThermalDry subflooring designed especially for basements.

A stair-stepping crack through the brickwork is a possible sign of a foundation that is settling. These Freeburg, Illinois homeowners called us to take care of the crack and inspect their foundation.

Our push piers are placed beneath the foundation wall by removing some of the footing so the pier bracket fits close to the vertical foundation wall.  The hydraulic ram smoothly installs the pier tubing and the excavated holes are filled in when completed.

Daniel B. had CleanSpace installed in his Freeburg, IL home. Woods Basement Systems intalled CleanSpace to keep moisture out of Daniel's crawlspace. Woods also installed a SaniDry and sump pump for additional moisture control.

Foreman Joshua B installed CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, a SaniDry System, and SmartPipe.  CleanSpace is a thick heavy liner that goes on the floors and walls of your crawl space and will make sure it stays dry. 

Chris S. of Freeburg, Illinois had water leaking into his basement, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for help. Systems design specialist, John S. found a solution and recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses its three-in-one system to keep your home dry which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement and it collects water that seeps through basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
