Woods Basement Systems, Inc. Before & After Photos

This veteran's lending building located on Scott Air Force base was having some issues with the interior flooring. Several portions of the floor were sagging and bouncing, causing the building's owners to worry about a possible floor collapse. A Woods Basement Systems team visited the home and, after determining that the cause was rotting floor joists in the crawl space, got to work fixing the issue. They installed several Smart Jacks, capable of supporting well over 60,000 pounds each, in the crawl space underneath the joists. This was the quite the upgrade from the makeshift cinder-block supports that were there before. The floors are now level and safe, and they will be for the life of the structure.

Moisture was seeping into a crawlspace in Scott Air Force Base, IL, so the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth, dramatically reducing the humidity level. This will also eliminate mold growth and make the whole house healthier. The white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and will allow one to easily see inside. This crawlspace will remain clean and dry for years to come!

This settled basement needed a permanent repair to restore the foundation. Team Woods resolved this issue by installing push piers into the footing of the foundation. Push piers are used to lift and lock the foundation back into place after settlement. Now this basement is safe and sound thanks to push piers!

In Waverly, Illinois homeowner John L. had a problem with rainwater in his basement. He called Woods Basement Systems to see if they could waterproof the space. Foreman Juan Hernandez and his team installed a waterproofing system to keep the space dry for years to come. Patented products like WaterGuard, IceGuard, and CleanSpace were installed in the basement in just one day.
