Jason of Lebanon, Illinois wanted to have preventative work done to his crawl space. After discussing options with system design specialist, John S., Jason and John decided to install a new CleanSpace encapsulation system. Here is a before and after of the installation of CleanSpace in Jason's crawl space. 

Thankfully, now Jason and his family will have a safe and healthy crawl space!

Lebanon, Illinois homeowner Lucia had both a crawl space and a garage that were wetter than she wanted. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist John developed a plan to get everything dry for her. 

Foreman Greg and his crew installed the the CleanSpace with Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, and SmartSump in the crawl space featured here. 

The Drainage Matting is under the CleanSpace. It gives the water vapor that seeps in a surface to collect on and direct to the SmartSump. The CleanSpace keeps all the water vapor out of the crawl space environment while providing a brighter, cleaner surface. 

The SmartSump will make sure any water collected gets removed from the space and away from the home. 

Lucia can now use her crawl space for storage and not be afraid when she needs to go into the space.

Foreman Greg and his crew installed TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard, and did a PolyLevel job to get her garage dry. The WaterGuard went along the back wall and ran any water that got in to the TripleSafe sump pump. 

The TripleSafe, which needed to be installed in the lowest point of the garage, has three pumps to keep the area totally dry. The battery-operated pump ensures that even in a power outage. 

By using PolyLevel, we can level the area making it safer and better looking. It also makes sure the area drains correctly and does not lead to further foundation problems. 

Lucia now has the dry basement and garage she has been desiring. 

This cracked house was experiencing settlement that affected the cement inside and outside, including the sidewalk! To reinforce the unstabilized home, push piers were installed in the footing to lift the foundation back into its original place. 

Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Lebanon, IL, and pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
