Moisture entered a crawlspace in Chaffee, MO, causing mold to grow on the support beams and rot. To solve these issues, a CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth, dramatically reducing the humidity level. This will also eliminate mold growth and make the whole house healthier. Next, the SmartJack System was installed to stabilize crawlspace beams and floor joists. These will lift the floors above the crawl space back toward their original elevation and reduce floor bounce caused by weakened floor joists or excessive spans. This crawlspace will remain dry and stable for years to come!  

Support posts were shifting in a crawlspace in Chaffee, MO, causing concern to the homeowners. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. These steel support systems can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in the crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers. They are unaffected by moisture, as they will not rust, weaken, or be affected by mold. These will lift the floors above back toward their original position, reduce floor “bounce” caused by excessive joist spans, and solve the problem once and for all!

A part of a basement wall was shifting in Chaffee, MO, and water was leaking through the bricks. To solve these issues, the GeoLock Wall Anchor System was first installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time.

Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, draining water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharging it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain stable and dry all the time!
