A porch in Troy, MO, was unleveled and had a large crack running through it. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the porch. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the large crack. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing their porch is in great shape!
This home's concrete steps were experiencing shifting from their original position, causing large gapping between the home and concrete steps. In order to solve this problem, our team installed a foam leveling system beneath the concrete stairs to lift and level the concrete. The foam expands beneath the concrete slabs and creates a firm surface which works against soil erosion and makes for long lasting results.
These homeowners were concerned when they saw leaks and excess water in their basement, so they called Woods Basement 'Systems for assistance. Design Specialist Clint W. recommended them custom-fit drainage solution to remove the water from the home.
Team Woods installed WaterGuard drain systems, which are positioned beneath the floor slab for powerful drainage without any clogs or unsightly appearance. Now the homeowners can rest easy knowing WaterGuard will keep their basement clean and dry.
Support posts were failing to keep a crawlspace stable in Potosi, MO, causing concern. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the crawlspace and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This crawlspace will now remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
In Belgrade, Missouri homeowner Jenny G. was having problems with water entering her basement. Every time it would rain, she would have to check the basement to see if the cracks and spots where the floor meets the wall for water. The items stored in her basement were always at risk of becoming damaged or destroyed, and she was worried about the well-being of her home. After years of cleaning the basement up, she finally decided to call Woods Basement Systems.
Here at Woods, we have several items patented to keep your basement dry – year round. In Jenny’s basement, they installed our WaterGuard system. WaterGuard is our interior drainage system, it is installed around the perimeter of the basement, collecting water as it enters the home before it could reach the floor. This will protect the items that Jenny has stored in her basement, as well as keep her home safe and dry for years to come.
