To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the porch. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the large crack. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing their porch is in great shape! 

This home's concrete steps were experiencing shifting from their original position, causing large gapping between the home and concrete steps. In order to solve this problem, our team installed a foam leveling system beneath the concrete stairs to lift and level the concrete. The foam expands beneath the concrete slabs and creates a firm surface which works against soil erosion and makes for long lasting results.

Support posts were failing to keep a crawlspace stable in Potosi, MO, causing concern. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the crawlspace and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This crawlspace will now remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
