With these items in her basement, she will not have to worry about rainwater entering her home.

Wesley M. of Owaneco, IL was concerned about the moisture in his crawl space. System Design Specialist Jeremy H. knew that a CleanSpace Encapsulation System would be right for this job. Underneath Production Manager Kevin G., Foremen Michael R. and Jacob F., along with their crews worked to install this effective system. CleanSpace works to keep the crawl space drier by keeping out unwanted moisture and preventing water vapor from permeating the ground. Although production was still in progress when this after the photo was taken, just look at the difference already! Wesley can now enjoy his more attractive and dry crawl space!

Water was entering a basement in Owaneco, IL, causing concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was first installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Additionally, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed.
