The temperature in this O'Fallon crawl space was 71 degrees, but the humidity level was over 80.  This high level of humidity caused mold to grow rapidly, and wood rot was affecting the floor joist and sub-flooring. Team Woods installed CleanSpace wall covers to protect the crawlspace from the elements. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that traps out moisture and microbial growth.

Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Goreville, IL, causing damage to it as well as the floor. To solve this issue, a partial CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed.
