Clinton, Illinois homeowners Randy and Ann A. were distraught by their musty crawl space. Water leaking into the crawl space caused mold and created a musty environment. Foreman Juan H. installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier. It keeps water and moisture out of the basement while preventing mold. Randy and Ann can breathe easily knowing their crawl space is dry and their home is safe. 

A concrete staircase was sinking in Tunnel Hill, IL, causing large cracks to form and for them to become uneven. To solve these issues, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. The previous sump pump wasn't able to handle this amount of water, causing the water to remain inside. Team Woods solved this homeowner's water issue by replacing the old sump pump with a new TripleSafe sump.
