Woods installed CleanSpace along the foundation walls and floors as part of that system. Unlike other plastic liners that are usually 6 mil thick that bunch and tear, CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that is reinforced with polyester cord and secured in place. It forms a moisture barrier over the walls and floors to prevent water from entering the space, instead directing it down to the perimeter drainage system. It is treated with an anti-microbial finish so it won’t support mold or mildew growth on or under the liner.

Woods installed the SmartSump as part of that system. The SmartSump is designed for crawl spaces and the lid forms an airtight seal with the moisture barrier of the encapsulation system. It contains a powerful, cast-iron pump that will take the intruding water and expel it safely away from the crawl space through its discharge line. The lid of the SmartSump also features a WaterWatch alarm that will alert the homeowner of plumbing leaks before they turn into major issues.

Foreman Jose L installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Daniel's home. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one attaches to a stable level of soil away from the house, the other attaches to the house walls, the device can be tightened and over time will straighten the walls.
