This basement had no means of protection against water leaks, until now! Team Woods transformed this basement with a CleanSpace encapsulation system on the walls, a TripleSafe sump pump in the corner, and a WaterGuard drains in the footing.

Water leaks had leaked into this basement for several years, but not anymore! Team Woods solved this issue by installing WaterGuard drains into the footing of the basement floor to collect water leaks and direct them towards the home's sump pump system.

This dirty, moldy crawlspace was fitted with a CleanSpace liner and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. Two of these components of the CrawlSpace Encapsulation System work together to help with moisture production and control mold growth. 

All sump pump installations include a discharge line. We bury the line underground to eliminate an eyesore and trip hazard in your yard.  At the end of the discharge line, you can see a round green discharge cover which helps keep debris and pests out.

Heather J. wanted to get her crawlspace cleaned out. Debris, dirt, and water were getting in and causing the space to smell and grow mold. To solve this, Woods installed the CleanSpace Liner. This will isolate the crawlspace from the dirt, and keep it free of insects, water, and mold. Heather can now rest assured knowing that her crawlspace will stay dry and clean for years to come!
