Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Dewey, IL, so the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system to be pumped out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain clean and dry and restore peace of mind for years to come!
A crawlspace In Dewey, Illinois, needed some supports installed as the floor above was starting to sag. Woods Basement Systems came in and installed the SmartJack System to stabilize the floor joists. This system consists of custom cut steel beams. They are placed in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the building and can be tightened over time. This allows maintenance to be done as the ground continues to shift without requiring another costly install. With this system in place, the homeowners can rest assured their home will be stable for decades into the future.
