Concrete inside a home in Champaign, Illinois, had some significant cracking and displacement that needed addressed. Woods came in and installed the PolyLevel System to fix the displacement. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. After the concrete was level, Woods could then tackle the cracks. They used NexusPro, which is a silicone-based sealant for cracks. It is specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these two installs in place, the concrete is nearly good as new and will stay this way for decades to come.

Our foreman Michael Rebenstorff and his team waterproofed the space by installing our SmartSump Sump Pump System. Next, they sealed the space by lining the floors and walls with our CleanSpace liner. Finally, they installed covers over the vents from the outside, keeping the space completely sealed from the earth. Now, William has an extra space in his home for storage, and no longer has to worry about smells in his home.
