You installed 22 anchors for my basement. Afterwards I had a small leak coming from one of them, it was fixed quickly w/ minimal effort
Salesperson spent alot of time explaining stuff to me and on several different occasions. I really liked the time he spent with the laser and showing me how all the walls were bowed, I knew 2 that were, not the 3rd one which I also had fixed.
The crew leader I think his name was David , did a great job, keeping up with me.
Overall clean up was great, I had some settling on the plates in the yard, but I filled them in with the leftover dirt from when they were installed.
