Woods is a very professional company. We had numerous phone calls, e-mails, brochures, and follow up on the work completed.

Sales Process
Very knowledgeable of the products that Woods has to offer. Jake was very friendly and spent a lot of time with us.
Our Installation Crew
Melvin and his team were very neat and extremely hard working. Melvin took the time to listen to the history of what has happened in our basement and kept me informed as to what he discovered. The only recommendation I would have would be to replace the sod over the outside sump pump drain so it is more ground level and not too elevated.
The Cleanup Process
The area was cleaned up nicely and all debris was removed.

What made you choose our company:

My brother and I were discussing the problems that I have had in the basement. We had another company do drain tile but it was not working properly and we were still having water issues. We did not want that company to come back out. He suggested we try Woods Basement. We set up the appointment and were very impressed with what Jake Shafer discussed with us and our options.
