Brandon Bax was really informative and very polite and friendly. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely comfortable with the whole process.
Brad, Mike and Dave were absolutely awesome. They were friendly, informative and very courteous. Were very willing to inform us of everything that was going on at all times and answered all of our questions. A huge kudos to this crew!!!!

First it was the initial call. the competitor had me on hold forever and then could not come to give an estimate for 3 to 4 weeks later than Woods. But really it was Brandon Bax. How honest and informative he was and really was able to put us at ease and explain everything to make us comfortable with what needed to be done.
