What made you choose our company:

Your call representative. I called Helitech the same day I call to make an appointment with you guys and their call representative was extremely rude and argumentative over the phone. Your salesperson and installation team were professional and very knowledgeable. Me being the type of person wanting to know exactly how this was going to work, I ask the install crew several questions as they were installing the system. They explained everything to me so that I had a full understanding. The only thing I would like to add is that you might want to look at getting the guys some walkie talkies. They did not have any cell reception at our home and my wife and I let them use our kids walkie talkies so that they could communicate with each other from the basement to outside.
