When the invoice sent with the crew wasn't quite right (needed to be made out to my Dad's trust instead of me personally), they were very easy to work with. Got it corrected and emailed to me, even though it took a couple of tries to get the email to go through for some reason.
Sales Process
I had several different companies come and give me estimates on the project before selecting Woods. I was most pleased with Woods' presentation, and felt you all best and most completely answered my questions and were willing to provide a proposal that met my needs.
Our Installation Crew
They were excellent. They arrived right on time, worked VERY hard all day. They encountered a couple of unexpected things in my crawlspace, which they communicated to me and either took care of themselves or gave me advice and options for dealing with.
The Cleanup Process
All good.

What made you choose our company:

I found you via internet search, but initially got proposals from several other companies. A couple said they couldn't work in my crawlspace because it was too low, and the others proposed solutions that didn't seem to address everything I needed without costing me more than I was prepared to pay for solutions that were not priority for me. Plus I had two companies give me completely conflicting advice on what was "necessary" in my situation. The Woods presentation addressed my concerns, gave me the most information, and also seemed to give me the clearest, most detailed analysis of my own crawlspace situation. Plus the price was right -- as inexpensive as any bid I had received, and less than some.
