We got off to a rough start with crew not showing up as scheduled on our first appointment. Another glitch when we were told our appt for sealing would have to be rescheduled until August.

When we called for an appointment we were sent a book explaining the process. The sales rep gave a video presentation and answered our questions. The fact that your company offered sealing services was the deciding factor.
