We have had some cracks repaired in our baseemnt over the years to stop some leaks.  By far, your system is a better looking repair.  The epoxy repair worked but it sure is unsightly.  My wife remembered how messy it was too compared to what you guy did and he left the basement all cleaned up which made her happy.

I think the service was very good, in fact I cannot think of anythign that would make it better. If I knew of anyone that was in need of your services I would recommend you right away! Garth was very thorough and knowledgable. 

JD had a sales appointment today with Doris Y. She has some issues with her floor sloping in her home and had another company quote an estimate for piers for thousands of dollars. JD let her know that the repair she needed was something very simple with her floor joists and piers were not necessary. She is SO HAPPY that he was honest and upfront with her, saved her thousands of dollars, she respects his opinion, and said he represents our company well. Due to her experience with JD, although she is not having a sale or project done with us at this time, she will recommend Woods Basement Systems to all her friends and family and will call us again if she ever needs our services in the future!
