Having dealt with another foundation company, I was dubious about having this work done. This other company was much more expensive and they promised me things that they could not do and then charged me extra to put the bill on my credit card. Woods did not do any of those things!

Even after the initial presentation they answered many questions (via phone calls from us) and they were always helpful and courteous. We’re very pleased with the result. We’ve had numerous rain storms since the installation and not one drop of water anywhere.

This was the only company of about 5 that actually knew what they were talking about. They listened to us, the customer, on what we wanted and didn’t make us feel like we were being taken advantage of. I plan on using Woods Basement for other needs as well.
