I had a good experience with Woods Basement Systems!  I was very satisfied and do not have any suggestions to make your service any better because it was great!

Turtl installed:  I had to leave before finished but returned and they were still working.  The installation crew worked very hard under extremely difficult situations.  The weather was very cold with off and on rain, freezing  rain, and snow.  They worked in the mud with extra water constantly running in the window well from ground around the area. The concrete was very hard to saw and the existing window was difficult to get out.  They worked all day until 7:00 PM when there was no longer light.  They returned on Saturday morning at 8:00 to complete the job.  They spent well over an hour in the crawlspace making sure it was cleaned from all of the concrete dust.  The landscaping was left cleaned back to its original appearance.  They worked hard to do a good job under very uncomfortable conditions.

I am very satisfied with the work that has been done. Matt's presentation was lovely, he is the reason we went with Woods.

Garth was very polite and knowledgeable and he performed very good work!  I like the fact that I can verify that all is looking and working well!

The technician was very knowledgeable and accomodating. I have the satisfaction of knowing the system is checked out and all is well. 

When I called in, every accommodation was made to work around my schedule and get my the appointment that I needed. Doug was our specialist. He's an excellent front man for your company. He was very helpful, knew him business and very personable, he gave us all confidence that our basement will be fully fixed and functional. We have another company out to our home, but Doug's professionalism really made the difference for us making our decision. I hope the people doing our install are as nice as Doug!

The crew was very professional and cleaned up the area. They were very respectful.

Excellent communication and accommodations from the team.

The salesman informed us of what the work would be and why it needed to be done. The work was completed on time and we were pleased with the results. The people working in the office were prompt when returning calls and appointments set were kept.

I was impressed with the quality of the work done and the crew that did it. Thank you for taking the time to come out and taking pride in a job well done. The salesman did a great job with his presentation and didn't try to pressure me into a sale.
