  A couple of years ago, I discovered that I had a foundation problem in the crawl space of a rental unit I own. I hired [another company] to fix the problem. [The other company] did a very poor job and the problem continued. Since [said company] would not “stand behind” his work, I was forced to find another foundation contractor. After being burned by [another company], I consulted with several foundation contractors before making my selection. After careful deliberation, I selected Woods Basement Systems. Choosing Woods Basement Systems is probably one of the better decisions I have made in life. Woods was very honest with me and very thorough in his investigation of my problem. His office staff was very accommodating. Although I did not actually witness the job being performed, the elderly lady renting my unit did observe the crew. She said they were very courteous, professional and efficient. I did inspect the work after it was performed. Although I am not an engineer, it seemed to be of exceptionally high quality. The job that Woods Basements Systems did was far superior to [other company]. To date, the job that Woods Basement Systems performed is holding well.
