Woods Basement Systems gave the best basement checkup I've ever had. I was pleased with the explanation of the problem by the salesmand and his solution. The crew showed up on time and performed the work exactly as expected.

I do not agree with the additional cost received. The original drain was laced less then 10 feet from neighbors' property which caused water to pool under their house! I do not feel that I should have been charged to relocate the drain to leviate the problem. In addition, both plans from the initial installment were changed after signing the contract.
