The men arrived earlier than I expected, right at 7:30. THIS WAS GOOD! I was impressed with Rick’s laptop and the demonstration on my problem and how Woods Waterproofing was going to solve the problem.

The system itself was impressive – well engineered – foolproof (I hope). The system has been working a lot this spring with all the rain. We had no gutters up during some of the storms (getting siding) and the pump took care of it. If I hadn’t had the battery backup, we’d have had a problem for sure.
