Also I emailed your company a while ago asking for a lien waiver for the work, my warranty and a copy of my contract, I have never received anything. As a customer I HATE having to do any work, ex: calling you to set my appt and having to contact you to get my paperwork...sorry but this is a real pet peeve of mine.

I've already recommended you - there was a problem with the waterproofing in one corner and you returned quickly and seem to have fixed it permanently. See my comment above regarding the cleanup process for a deficiency there.

Juan and his team were great and I was very pleased with their work. MY only issue is with the number of visits it took to complete the project and, at times, a seeming lack of communication about what needed to happen to complete the job. The individual themselves were always very helpful and polite.
