For this project, we successfully installed a complete basement waterproofing system. The process began with the installation of a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, along with a TrenchDrain to capture water from the basement's interior. A WaterGuard Port was also added for easy access to the system. All collected water is directed to a robust TripleSafe sump pump system, featuring a primary and a backup AC pump, as well as an UltraSump battery backup for power outages. To ensure proper drainage, we installed an exterior discharge line with an IceGuard to prevent freezing, and a LawnScape Outlet to safely disperse the water away from the home's foundation. This comprehensive system is designed to provide long-term protection against water intrusion, keeping the basement dry and secure.
