Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

This Centralia, Illinois home's back patio was in a bad way. It was horribly cracked and sunken due to much of the underlying soil washing away over the years. It was ugly and unsafe, and the homeowners called Woods Basement Systems for help. In order to repair the damage, PolyLevel, an expanding composite foam, was injected underneath the damaged slabs. Because PolyLevel dries very quickly, the patio was leveled and ready to be used in just 30 minutes!

The brick steps of this Carterville, Illinois home rested on a concrete slab.  The slab had sunk on one side, raising the steps on one side and creating uneven steps.

A sidewalk leading up to a house in Mount Vernon, IL was settling, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath.
