Adam G. of Arnold, Missouri had an unleveled front porch, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for help. Systems design specialist, Bill F. was able to find a solution and recommended installing Polylevel.
Foreman, Matthew R. installed the product. PolyLevel is made of a polyurethane formula, or foam-like substance, that expands and permanently lifts sinking concrete slabs. How it works, is first, small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete and then the polymer is injected into the void. After than cement covers the holes and within 15 minutes of installation, the concrete can be used again.
Now Adam G. has a safe, usable front porch.
Homeowner Dianna S. in Arnold, MO noticed unleveled and cracked concrete in the driveway of her home. After realizing the unpleasant appearance and safety hazards that comes with uneven concrete, she gave Woods Basement Systems a call.
System design specialist, Jeremy R. did an inspection and created a design that would restore the driveway of the home. Foreman William T. did a PolyLEVEL installation that would guarantee leveled and safe concrete. The PolyLEVEL system requires lightweight equipment and less damage than other repair options. Instead of using a mixture of concrete and mud, high-density polymers are injected into small holes that are drilled in the concrete.
As the "after" picture shows, the PolyLEVEL system was the best solution to restore the driveway of the home.
Mirza Z. of Bridgeton, Missouri noticed that a few of the slabs on his home's back patio were starting to sink. He did not want to ignore this problem and let it get worse, so he called Woods Basement Systems for help.
Design specialist Jeremy R. took a look at the problem and decided that PolyLevel was the perfect fix. Foreman Juan H. then traveled to the home to get the job started. The PolyLevel, pictured above, is a lightweight foam that is inserted below the concrete through a penny-sized hole. It then expands and lifts the concrete back to its original position.
Mirza Z. is very happy that he no longer has to worry about the concrete slabs sinking. He now has a level patio.
A sidewalk leading up to a house was sinking in Saint Ann, MO, causing it to slope and become unlevel. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety of the sidewalk and restore peace of mind for years to come!
