A sidewalk was sinking in Lake Saint Louis, MO, causing the concrete slabs to become uneven. This was creating safety concerns for the homeowner, as the unleveled ground could lead to tripping hazards. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. By injecting polyurethane foam underneath the concrete through pea-sized holes, the foam is able to expand and lift the concrete slabs. As the foam cures, it hardens within hours to become rock-solid. Now, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their sidewalk is safe.
A concrete patio was sinking in Glencoe, MO, causing the steps to separate from the house. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam.
