Since the home's construction the lack of support in the crawlspace below the patio left it susceptible to uneven settling, causing major cracks along the edge of the patio and a sinking floor. Garth decided to call Woods to help find a permanent solution to the settling of this patio. We provide and install the best support products and systems that can lift the floors above a crawlspace or basement. Our steel support system is designed to fit anywhere and for any homeowner. The systems adds additional support where there already was to help lift floors back to their original position. This creates a permanent solution to sinking floors that are now supported with steel that's dug deep into the ground below. `Although from this angle the sinking doesn't seem totally obtrusive, if this patio remains untreated it would eventually give out entirely.

Uneven Settling

You can see hear that the patio had begun to sink inward due to uneven settling below. Without support system installed along the middle of the patio it will be fully supported and lifted closer to it's original position.

Below the Patio

Through this gate and beneath the patio there is no additional support, just flat dirt. This causes the inward sinking seen in this photo. Our crew at Woods later installed our steel support system to return the patio to it's original position while eliminating the chance of future movement.
