Nan from St. Louis, Missouri called Woods because she had sinking floors inside of her home and was dealing with extremely cold floors and fluctuating energy costs during the Winter and Summer months. We provided her with a free estimate for a full encapsulation of her open air basement to help with the and the installation of our steel support system to lift the floors to their original position. This basement actually had a dirt floor, so we treated it as a crawlspace, leading to the full encapsulation with our water barrier liner and installation of our dehumidifier system. The steel support system was installed to fit exactly in this space, pushing the floor joists upward, allowing the floors to be lifted back to their original position. Before Installation

This basement actually had a dirt floor, leading our team to treat the space like a crawlspace. Our crew encapsulated the space, cutting off all outside air and elements. Keeping the space dry and healthy.

Water Barrier Liner

We installed our water barrier liner in this basement to prevent water from entering the space entirely. The barrier redirects the water to the sump pump and outside of the basement or crawlspace.

Steel Support System

Our system is made to fit in any home. They're custom fitted for any crawlspace or basement, by pushing against the floor joists, it can lift the floors closer to their original positon.

Sump Pump

Our sump pump system uses three pumps to consistently move water out of your basement or crawlspace, even in the event of one pump failing the others will continue the pace. Our system was also installed with a battery back up that will keep the system up and running even if the home loses power.
